How long will it take to receive my order?
For items in stock, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days within Panama City. For interior provinces, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your home construction or renovation materials to arrive.
What is your return policy for home products?
You can return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-mixed paints, cut-to-size materials, and special orders are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
Can I pick up my online order at a physical HOPSA store?
Yes, we offer a 'Click and Collect' service. During checkout, you can select your preferred HOPSA branch in Panama for free store pickup, usually ready within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), ACH bank transfers, and local payment platforms like Punto Pago and Yappy for a seamless shopping experience.
Do you offer installation services for the products purchased?
